As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded,
Black communities across America faced a barrage of challenges, from misinformation to systemic inequalities. Many found themselves navigating a maze of uncertainty, with limited access to clear and honest information about the virus and vaccines. In the midst of this turmoil, vaccine mandates and societal pressures added to the burden, leaving our people feeling isolated and vulnerable. Against this backdrop of this adversity, the need for clarity, empowerment, and healing within the Black community became glaringly apparent and undeniable. This event promised to deliver not just information, but hope/confidence and solutions to those seeking truth and repair in uncertain times.
